Free & Reduced Tickets FAQ

Common questions about concessions

Do I need to book a ticket for my baby?
Yes, all visitors, including infants and children under 18, must have a timed-entry ticket, even if it is free of charge. This is for capacity management.
I am a non-EU citizen under 26. Do I get a discount?
Unfortunately, the reduced rate for 18-25 year olds is only available to citizens of the European Union. You will need to purchase a full-price adult ticket.
What kind of ID do I need for the reduced EU ticket?
You must present a valid, official ID that shows both your date of birth and your country of citizenship, such as a passport or a national identity card.
