Please respect these rules during your visit
Small backpacks and handbags are permitted but are subject to a security check. Large bags, suitcases, and bulky luggage are not allowed inside, and there is no cloakroom or storage facility available.
You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. However, the use of flash, tripods, and selfie sticks is strictly forbidden to protect the artworks and ensure visitor safety.
Food and beverages may not be consumed inside the museum rooms. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere within the castle.
Please do not touch any of the artworks or historic surfaces. While there is no strict dress code, modest attire is appreciated. Sturdy, comfortable shoes are highly recommended due to uneven floors and many stairs.
